Your next challenge

Reporting to the Planning & Reliability Supervisor, you will be part of the Mobile Maintenance Department. Your responsibilities include:

  • Prioritize maintenance resources to minimize production losses
  • Collaborate with Mine Operations Dispatchers to optimize equipment utilization
  • Coordinate the weekly maintenance plan for mobile equipment
  • Serve as the main contact for equipment operations and mobile maintenance
  • Communicate data and critical information effectively through reports
  • Ensure accurate recording of equipment statuses and codes
  • Give clear instructions via radio and phone
  • Identify emergency situations and act accordingly
  • Monitor multi-channel operations effectively
  • Record maintenance and operational data in WENCO, Surface Manager, SAP/JDE
What you need to succeed

  • Strong work ethic, adaptability, stress management

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; additional technical qualifications are assets
  • Fleet management experience, preferably in open pit mining
  • Knowledge of mining operations and heavy equipment
  • Experience with fleet management systems and maintenance planning
  • Understanding of reliability practices
  • Proficiency with MS Office and SAP/JDE (assets)
  • Experience working remotely is preferred
