Job summary

Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Fryer Technician for a mobile, on-road role across North America. The position involves performing on-site fryer maintenance, micro-filtration of oil, and thorough cleaning, while maintaining client records and delivering high-quality customer service.

You will receive training, work a full-time schedule, and operate a company van. Pay starts at $19 per hour during training and increases to $20 per hour after successful

Qualifications

• Clean driving record required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• No DUI/DWI in last 3 years.
• No major preventable collisions in last 3 years.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on service procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Keep van clean, stocked, and organized; request re-orders as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with franchise standards and policies.
• Use provided safety equipment and follow safety practices.
• Follow the weekly schedule and be timely for appointments.
• Demonstrate Filta services to customers.
• Maintain service records for each customer.
• Report changes in management, staff, fryer oil or frying habits to the office.
• Provide friendly, high-quality customer service.
• Ensure client sites are clean and debris-free after each service.
• Perform daily and weekly maintenance.
