We are seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join our Mobile Maintenance Technician team servicing various client sites in the GTA.

As a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will rely on your electrical expertise for maintenance work and perform other maintenance tasks as assigned. You will be the on-site expert for our clients, supporting a multi-client, multi-building service model.

What you’ll do
  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and related systems, with emphasis on electrical systems.
  • Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment, some electrical and plumbing systems, and building interior/exterior repairs as applicable to assigned buildings.
  • Conduct facility inspections and due diligence, reporting conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
  • Prepare management summary reports detailing findings and recommended actions.
  • Familiarize yourself with equipment and methods required for daily activities, including HVAC, electrical, building automation, fire/life safety systems, and other building-related equipment.
  • Maintain a strong customer satisfaction mindset and strive to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain a strong health and safety mindset, comply with safety procedures, keep work areas orderly, and address hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
  • Support after-hours building-related activities as required.
  • Attend periodic training to support the business.
  • Perform other assigned operational tasks as expected of the Mobile HVAC Technician role.
What we’re looking for
  • 5+ years of technical experience in building engineering, with strong background in HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical equipment repair and maintenance, and building system design and application.
  • Journeyman Electrical ticket required.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Current valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to meet security clearance requirements.
  • Tools required to perform assigned work will be provided.
  • On-call duties and overtime as required.
