Mobile Developer (Contract) - React Native, Python, Django

You are a skilled Mobile Software Developer who has a high attention to detail, enviable communication skills and expertise in React Native for mobile application development and experience in Python and Django to create and maintain the APIs that power our applications. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android
• Design and implement backend APIs using Python and Django to support mobile applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of mobile applications
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for efficiency and scalability
• Manage the full mobile application lifecycle, from development to deployment in app stores
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong proficiency in React Native for mobile application development
• Experience in Python and Django for API development and maintenance
• Experience in releasing mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms
• Experience with Firebase
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
• Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Experience with cloud services like AWS
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
