A rapidly growing concierge service is seeking a dependable leader to oversee its mobile team in Whistler. This hands-on position demands exceptional leadership, communication skills, and the ability to manage various client requests professionally. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered for this full-time role.
We’re looking for a dependable leader who puts clients first, communicates clearly, and ensures nothing gets missed—even under pressure.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing our mobile concierge team. You’ll be responsible for keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring every client experience reflects our high standards of professionalism and care.
This is not a desk job. You’ll be in motion—resolving requests, checking on properties, stepping in when needed, and keeping everything on track. It's perfect for someone who thrives on variety, takes ownership, and takes pride in doing things the right way.
We’ll train you on the technical details. What we can’t train is judgment, presence, and leadership. That’s what we’re hiring for. If you show up sharp, communicate with confidence, and naturally take charge of your environment, you’ll thrive here.
We care less about industry background and more about your ability to lead teams, build trust, and handle high-responsibility situations with professionalism.
