Job description

We’re looking for a dependable leader who puts clients first, communicates clearly, and ensures nothing gets missed—even under pressure.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing our mobile concierge team. You’ll be responsible for keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring every client experience reflects our high standards of professionalism and care.

This is not a desk job. You’ll be in motion—resolving requests, checking on properties, stepping in when needed, and keeping everything on track. It's perfect for someone who thrives on variety, takes ownership, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

We’ll train you on the technical details. What we can’t train is judgment, presence, and leadership. That’s what we’re hiring for. If you show up sharp, communicate with confidence, and naturally take charge of your environment, you’ll thrive here.

We care less about industry background and more about your ability to lead teams, build trust, and handle high-responsibility situations with professionalism.

About Provident

Provident supports some of Vancouver’s most high-profile families and private estates through trusted, on-the-ground property and response services. When something needs to be handled—professionally, discreetly, and without delay—our mobile concierge team is who clients call.

Our clients trust us with access to their homes and expect a team that shows up quickly, communicates clearly, and follows through with precision. Whether it’s a scheduled property check, a last-minute request, or an urgent on-site issue, we respond with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.Since 1996, we’ve built our reputation by delivering where others can’t. We don’t just complete tasks—we anticipate needs, make the right call under pressure, and always put the client experience first.

We’re looking for people who get that. People who are polished, proactive, and proud of doing things the right way—even when no one’s watching.

What You’ll Do

  • Direct and support your team in responding to client requests, urgent issues, and scheduled property visits throughout Vancouver’s Westside
  • Personally respond to clients when needed—setting the standard for professionalism, care, and follow-through
  • Drive between sites using a company vehicle
  • Collaborate closely with our Operations and Technical teams
  • Make confident, real-time decisions to ensure service is delivered smoothly, safely, and professionally

What You Bring

  • Leadership experience
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • You are a true people person and have the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds in a courteous, professional and confidential manner
  • You are dedicated to going above and beyond for our clients
  • You are detail-oriented and observant
  • Valid BC Class 5 driver's license and a clean abstract
  • Authorization to work in Canada and a clean criminal record
  • Experience in hospitality or emergency response is an asset
  • Familiarity with Vancouver's westside neighbourhoods is an asset

Success in this role depends on strong time management, clear communication, and attention to detail (including catching small but important instructions—like mentioning the wordowlin your application).

Why Join Provident?

We offer competitive compensation, extended health benefits, and opportunities for career growth. This is a full-time, permanent position that includes a company vehicle for shifts, uniforms, and paid training.

To Apply

If this sounds like a great fit, please include a short cover letter that tells us:

  • A bit about your background—especially your leadership experience
