Job summary

BGIS is seeking a Mobile Cleaner II to support a portfolio of commercial and industrial facilities. You will perform routine cleaning, specialized cleaning, and facility support services, visiting multiple locations with ownership of your work and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires 3+ years in similar environments, experience with professional cleaning equipment, and knowledge of WHMIS.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional cleaning environments.
Experience operating professional cleaning equipment and machinery.
Strong understanding of cleaning methods, products, and industry best practices.
Knowledge of WHMIS and workplace safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across assigned facilities.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize common areas, offices, meeting rooms, and other workspaces.
Clean and sanitize washrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure facilities remain fully stocked.
Collect and dispose of waste and recycling materials.
Clean interior glass surfaces and entrance areas.
Perform exterior litter collection and maintain building surroundings.
Conduct quality inspections and site assessments.
Document completed work through photos and reporting tools.
Report facility deficiencies and maintenance concerns.
Assist with the installation and repair of washroom dispensers and related equipment.
Coordinate the movement of cleaning equipment, supplies, and materials between locations.
Support a safe working environment by following all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
