Qualifications

• Three+ years contributing to mobile architecture and design patterns.
• Three+ years of professional mobile app development experience.
• Three+ years native iOS/Android or production React Native experience.
• Hands-on with modern UI frameworks (SwiftUI/UIKit, Jetpack Compose, or React Native).
• Strong understanding of mobile fundamentals: lifecycle, memory, performance, networking, testing.
• Experience with unit/UI testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship features for Ring mobile applications used by millions.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code with a focus on reliability and maintainability.
• Use AI-powered development tools across coding, testing, review, debugging, and documentation.
• Contribute to evolving team architecture and reduce friction points.
• Collaborate with product, UX, backend, and platform teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Maintain operational excellence—monitoring, observability, and CI/CD health.
• Participate in design and code reviews to raise the team's craft.
