Job summary

The Ring team at Evi Technologies Limited is seeking a Senior Application Builder to craft world‑class Android apps and scalable cloud‑based backends that integrate with Ring devices and deliver an outstanding customer experience across devices and platforms.

You will mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, provide hands‑on coding in Kotlin (and Java/C# when needed), design robust APIs, and own end‑to‑end delivery from design through deployment in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Experience or certifications in API design, cloud architecture/deployment, service‑oriented architecture, mobile development, performance optimization, database design, or related fields.
• Android mobile application development experience using Kotlin.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading teams that use generative AI tools and AI development IDEs to accelerate engineering work.
• Familiarity with multi‑agent solutions that automate workflows (e.g., pipeline generation, data quality, testing, operational response).
• Familiarity with at least one agentic AI development IDE (e.g., Kiro, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex).
• Experience building or overseeing shared data models, semantic layers, or data contracts.
• Familiarity with data governance, cataloging, or lineage tracking practices.
• Experience contributing to or overseeing shared platform infrastructure, developer tooling, or self‑service data services.
• Familiarity with observability tooling for data pipelines and data platform operations.
