Job description

Senior Integration Manager

Location: Canada (Hybrid role with travel up to 50%) - Remote
Reports To: Senior Director, Clinic Integration

About the Role

As a Senior Integration Manager, you will play a key role in the successful integration of newly acquired rehabilitation clinics into our organization. This is a high-impact, mid-level role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building structure, and is passionate about operational excellence in M&A environments.

We’re seeking someone who can not only run integrations—but also refine how we do them. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage transition plans, and continuously improve playbooks and tools to support the success of our national rollup strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate acquisition targets and prepare internal transition summaries.
  • Collaborate closely with sellers to map existing operations, understand nuances, and co-create transition strategies.
  • Develop and manage integration plans that balance speed with sustainability.
  • Align functional leaders and secure resourcing to execute integration workstreams across HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and Clinical.
  • Create and execute internal and external communication plans, setting clear expectations and timelines.
  • Surface risks early and lead mitigation planning.
  • Track and implement all SPA obligations, transitional service agreements, and key milestones.
  • Ensure cultural onboarding and adoption of core operating models, while respecting local context and identity where needed.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our integration playbook, templates, checklists, and tools.
  • Actively identify ways to use AI and automation to improve integration tracking, reporting, or documentation.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in M&A integration, corporate rollups, management consulting, or operations leadership.
  • Demonstrated success executing post-merger integrations, preferably in healthcare, professional services, or multi-site environments.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities across stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar), and experience using low-code/no-code automation tools such as Power Automate would be an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field; MBA, CPMI, or PMP is an asset.
  • Comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time and working independently in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—driven, resourceful, and always looking to improve how things get done.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
