Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in multiple languages and ability to write maintainable code.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or Scikit-learn.
• Experience building batch data pipelines with Spark, Hadoop, or Airflow.
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs or BERT models for production use.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop ML models for ranking, retrieval, and generative AI use-cases.
• Collaborate with PMs, Designers and Frontend Engineers to conceptualize and build new features.
• Lead large multi-functional projects delivering significant business impact.
• Own features and improve the health of surrounding systems.
• Develop data collection pipelines and manage ML features.
• Assist support and operations in production triaging.
• Mentor engineers and deeply review code.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
