Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS/SE/DS/Math).
• Experience with ML/AI or data mining through projects or work.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools/frameworks (e.g., LangChain) and LLM concepts (prompt engineering, RAG).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication of technical concepts to peers and clients.
• Eligible to work full-time in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ML/AI solutions for enterprise clients.
• Support GenAI, automation, and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in model development, evaluation, deployment, and optimization activities.
• Contribute to proofs of concept, prototypes, and production-ready AI applications.
• Support projects on major cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, Azure, AWS).
• Develop technical and consulting skills through hands-on project experience and mentoring.
