Kinaxis is seeking a Co-op/Intern on the ML team for a 4- to 8-month position starting January 2027. The role provides hands-on experience writing Python for microservices, collaborating with mentors, and contributing to AI platform improvements.

The position supports remote work for most Canadian locations, with optional in-office days in Ottawa/Toronto. You must be enrolled in full-time education or be a recent graduate within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Open to co-ops and interns. Currently enrolled in full-time education or recent graduate within 12 months of placement end date.
• Passion for applying Machine Learning to real problems and eagerness to learn new tech.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team and contribute to agile processes.

Responsibilities

• Write Python code for microservice architectures on ML projects.
• Collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to AI platform improvements, ensuring scalability and security.
• Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Assist with demos, patent ideas, and production code on ongoing projects.
