Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is hiring a CDL-driver to safely operate ready-mix trucks and deliver concrete to customer sites across our Alberta operations. You will perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, coordinate site access with dispatch, and maintain delivery records while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires a valid CDL, strong safety mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and the team.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and ability to safely operate commercial vehicles.
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and responsible driving practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members.
• Capable of working independently, managing delivery schedules, and adapting to changing priorities.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform vehicle inspections and basic equipment checks.

What You'll Be Doing

Conditions of Employment
