Qualifications

About Us

What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely operate a mixer truck to deliver concrete products to customer sites. Work around the plant and operate equipment as needed.

  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.

  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Maintain accurate delivery records and logs.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

What Are We Looking For

  • Three years of experience with a valid class 3 or higher commercial driver's license, with a clean driving record.

  • Must be able to work six days a week (Monday-Saturday) and the occasionally on Sunday.

  • Must be able to work overtime as business and weather conditions warrant.

  • Solid knowledge of local and provincial transportation regulations and trucking routes.

  • Be in good physical condition, able to lift and assemble concrete chutes weighing 50 lbs. Sit and stand for extended periods, kneel, climb ladders and walk on varied terrain.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate will pass an in-person interview and a road test.

  • Successful candidate must complete a pre-employment physical examination and background check.

  • Driver's Abstract MUST be included when applying.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
