Job summary

Canem Systems in Mississauga is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical and mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, manage budgets and schedules, ensure safety and quality, and drive profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership, risk management, and a track record with complex projects in commercial, healthcare, or data centre

Qualifications

• Journeyperson certification in the electrical trade or related degree/diploma.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing electrical, mechanical, or mixed projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery from planning to closeout.
• Develop execution strategies and manage risks and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Administer contracts, change orders and project documentation.
• Champion safety and coach project teams toward excellence.
