Job description

We are searching for a Mission Canada Campus Worker to support the Mission Canada Campus Worker Lead in strengthening an established missional and discipling community on the campus of the University of British Columbia Okanagan. They would lead a leadership team of student volunteers, with the future potential of recruiting and managing a multi-staff team. They would provide pastoral care to university students, encourage growth and maturity in discipleship to Jesus, participate in effective outreach and service to the campus, contribute to community building events and develop new initiatives as needed.
