Thyssen Mining Construction Of Canada Ltd. seeks a Workforce Development Coordinator to design, build, and implement programs that grow employees from day one and throughout their careers.

Based in Regina, SK, you will partner with leaders to strengthen capability, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance. You will develop competency frameworks, career pathways, and governance for learning systems while coordinating multiple initiatives and ensuring data-driven insights.

Qualifications

Five years of progressive experience in learning or workforce development.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and program design.
Proficiency with learning systems and data reporting.

Responsibilities

Support development of competency frameworks for key roles.
Create career pathways and development roadmaps.
Coordinate succession planning and workforce planning.
Identify capability gaps and propose solutions.
Support the Thyssen University learning model development.
Administer LMS and track training data.
