We’re currently seeking a contracts manager with extensive expertise in prime contracts and risk management. The specific sectors of expertise we’re seeking include prime contracts, contract negotiations, subcontractor contract flow downs, risk management, invoicing and claim management. You’ll be using your leadership skills every day, whether it’s to develop trusting relationships with our partners in the region, train the next generation or manage a passionate team. • Manage the execution of multiple, concurrent studies / projects to meet the agreed objectives and KPIs.
  
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Studies team to deliver the best practice solutions by applying

Overview of certifications and job requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in the mining industry
  
• Registered Professional Engineer, Technician or Geologist
  
• Extensive experience in the developing, delivering and operating mining or mineral processing studies and projects
  
• Previously worked on a client/owner`s team or been a study manager, area manager, engineering manager or lead engineer on several projects/studies
  
• Strong understanding of NI 43-101 and JORC reporting codes and technical reports
  
• Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills (English - written and spoken)
  
• Major asset: Technical skills in resource estimation, mine design, process development and/or financial modelling
