Job summary

A mining company in northwestern Ontario is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to maintain and repair HVAC systems at their mining site. The role offers a competitive salary of $55.61, health and medical insurance, and accommodations while on site. Candidates must possess HVAC Trade Certification and have at least five years of relevant experience. A self-starter with strong verbal and written English skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess Trade Certification for HVAC/Oil burner/gas.
• Minimum five years of experience in mining and mill environment preferred.
• Verbal and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain systems, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
• Assemble and install refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation components.
• Measure, cut, and connect piping using welding and brazing equipment.
