A leading equipment solutions provider seeks a Mining Field Operations Manager in Prince George, British Columbia. As a Mining Field Operations Manager, you’ll oversee all field customer interactions, manage service scheduling, and ensure resources are deployed effectively to meet customer expectations. You’ll be accountable for the entire service process—from dispatch to time entry—while driving performance, safety, and customer satisfaction across multiple sites.
For this position, the expected salary range is between $120,000 and $135,000 annually. This range reflects our commitment to providing competitive compensation that aligns with industry standards and your qualifications. We also offer additional incentives such as a annual bonus and premium for certain shifts.
