Job description

MINI Oakville is seeking professional, optimistic, energetic, and success driven Automotive Sales Professionals for our stand alone store in Oakville, Ontario. Our automotive sales teams sell with a consultative approach and we are committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction, not only in the vehicle the customer is purchasing, but also in the way our customer purchases it.

If you fit the above criteria and you are committed to 100% customer satisfaction, then you could be the next top tier Automotive Sales Professional we are looking for.

Prior automotive sales experience is preferred but is not necessary.

The following are a list of basic attributes and skills that we are looking for in our new sales team members:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be committed to achieving monthly goals on New and Used vehicles
  • High energy and self-motivated
  • Prompt attendance when scheduled
  • Able to work as a team with your fellow automotive sales professionals and our BDC
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Dressed for success
  • Possess the willingness to be trained
  • Presentation skills for showing and explaining the features of our vehicles
  • Able to set multiple appointments per week
  • Proficiency in computer, email and internet usage
  • Provide our customers with purchase and lease options in a confident manner
  • Have the ability to achieve 100% customer satisfaction before, during and after the sale.
  • Be a CLOSER
