Job description

THE ROLE

As a Mini Bar Attendant you will be responsible for ensuring all mini bars across the hotel are replenished and fully stocked . You should uphold the highest standards and ensure the guest experience is in line with the Nobu Hotel London Portman Square standards. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

  • To replenish any missing items across all mini bars as per the refill report
  • Be aware of guest check outs so we know what needs to be refilled on departure.
  • To manage the stock rotation on a regular basis and record any expired items or wastage.
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully to guests on all levels.
  • To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams
