Reporting to the Underground Mine Supervisor, the successful candidate will work a 14 &14 rotation and be responsible for operating equipment and managing materials within their assigned work areas. The role involves performing a variety of duties that contribute to the underground mining cycle while adhering to safe work procedures and supporting production, operational, and safety targets.
The Miner 4 - Trucker position offers a competitive base hourly rate of $67.53, with eligibility to participate in a production bonus program that may increase total compensation up to $101.30 per hour, subject to program terms and performance criteria.
This position is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of ore, waste rock, backfill, materials, and supplies throughout the underground mine. This role requires the operation of underground haul trucks in accordance with mine plans, traffic control procedures, engineering requirements, and company safety standards. The position requires adherence to established procedures, effective communication, and a commitment to achieving production targets while maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards.
