Job summary

Hecla Keno Hill is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Fixed & E&I team at the mine site. You will oversee maintenance planning, project execution, and troubleshooting while supporting team development and performance management.

The role requires a Journeyman Red Seal and 5+ years in underground mining maintenance supervision, with CMMS and Electrical Code expertise. A strong safety and environmental mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Red Seal certification required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience - underground mining and processing maintenance supervision.
• Significant CMMS experience.
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Extensive and proven expertise in Electrical Code.
• Strong organization and leadership skills.
• Superior communication with peers, supervisors, and management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and develop the Fixed & E&I team at the mine site.
• Ensure work complies with safety policies and procedures.
• Develop audit systems for site infrastructure and maintenance programs.
• Execute scheduled maintenance with high schedule compliance.
• Scope and sequence jobs, quote materials, and plan manpower.
• Develop safe work procedures and provide input on procedures and systems.
• Assist with troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Manage personnel rotations and performance reviews.
• Plan and execute infrastructure construction projects.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Communicate key activities to staff and management.
