Job summary

THOAR Mining Management Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Material Coordinator (MMC) at Mosaic K2 Mine Site to ensure maintenance materials are available for planned and reactive work.

You will focus on material verification, procurement, sourcing, expediting, inventory support, and coordinating between maintenance, production, and warehouse teams. The MMC will help minimize downtime by proactively managing materials and supporting day-to-day operations and turnaround activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning, materials coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning workflows.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; SAP is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor upcoming work orders and ensure purchase orders are issued for required materials.
• Track material delivery timelines and expedite orders as needed.
• Coordinate with Production Coordinators on reactive maintenance material needs.
• Source and procure non-stocked parts for reactive work orders.
• Audit and optimize Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) locations and adjust as required.
• Support turnaround planning and material coordination activities.
• Mentor frontline supervisors on BOM navigation and work order searches.
