Job summary

Artemis Gold Inc. — BW Gold is seeking a Drill Operator to safely and efficiently operate pioneering DTH drill rigs at the Blackwater Mine site in British Columbia.

The role supports a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation and requires working outdoors in all weather conditions with a strong safety mindset. Qualified candidates will have a valid Class 5 license, heavy equipment experience in mining, and the ability to work remotely on a camp site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a mining context.
• Ability to read and interpret drill plans and survey stakes.
• Safety-focused with a track record of following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safety leadership and enforce BW Gold safety standards.
• Operate DTH drill rigs and perform routine inspections and hazards assessments.
• Maintain equipment, logs, and orderly work areas; report deficiencies.
• Communicate effectively with team via radio and participate in safety meetings.
• Support 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation and operate in all weather conditions.
