Milton Warehouse Associate - Forklift Experience Required

Randstad is hiring for a warehouse role in Milton:

Requirements:

1. Must have a valid lift truck license with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
2. Proficiency in operating:

• Counterbalance forklifts
• Order pickers with fall arrest systems
• Reach trucks

Position Overview: The Employee will be responsible for troubleshooting any inbound, outbound, and internal materials for Eaton’s Satellite, Customer, and site orders. This role involves working closely with warehouse clerks, team leads, and Work-in-Process (WIP) personnel while maintaining Eaton’s WIP database. Additionally, the Employee will help pack, weigh, and load trucks for all outbound materials, and maintain inventory balances and on-hand accuracy within the warehouse.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7AM-3:30PM or Monday to Friday, 3:30PM-12:00AM

Essential Functions:

1. Ensure accurate material management using the Oracle system.
2. Review and handle materials of various weights and sizes accurately using a handheld scanner or computer.
3. Assist with cycle counts.
4. Support and assist team members.
