Job summary

St-Amour, based in Laval, seeks an autonomous millwright/industrial mechanic with strong leadership to manage projects from estimate to delivery.

You will oversee client contracts, budgets and schedules, supervise teams, read mechanical drawings, install industrial equipment, and ensure CWB certifications and audits are met.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in millwright/industrial mechanics.
• Experience in project management and team supervision.
• Ability to read mechanical and layout drawings.
• Experience with industrial equipment installation.
• Contract management and cost control experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from A to Z: estimating, execution, and delivery.
• Manage clients, contracts, budgets, costs, and schedules.
• Collaborate with superintendents on procurement and manpower requirements.
• Oversee CWB certification and audits.
