Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a skilled Millwright to maintain and overhaul high-speed can-making equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and lead repairs to ensure continuous operation. The role emphasizes safety, craftsmanship, and hands-on problem solving in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong mechanical fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and documentation.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex PMs and precise mechanical work on can-making and related equipment.
• Lead or support major overhauls: teardown, inspection, rebuild, alignment, startup verification.
• Diagnose root causes of breakdowns and develop safe repair plans.
• Perform advanced mechanical troubleshooting and document actions.
• Collaborate with Electricians/Controls for safe, efficient repairs.
