Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. in Canada is seeking a Front End PM&R Technician, a hands-on mechanical specialist who supports complex preventive maintenance, major repairs, and overhauls on high-speed can-making equipment. You will collaborate with Maintainers to diagnose issues and implement safe, reliable repairs.

The role requires 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience and a Licensed Industrial Millwright/Machinist. Proficiency with CMMS (EMaint) and the ability to read drawings are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed industrial maintenance professional with strong mechanical background.
• Experience interpreting drawings and documenting maintenance actions clearly.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex PMs and repairs while ensuring safety.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex PMs and precision mechanical work on can-making and ancillary equipment.
• Lead/support major overhauls: tear-down, inspection, rebuild, alignment, lubrication, startup verification.
• Diagnose root causes during breakdowns and develop safe repair plans.
• Coordinate with Electricians/Controls to ensure safe, efficient repairs.
• Maintain and review work packages with Planning and Stores; use CMMS to track work and parts.
