Lafarge Canada is seeking a ticketed Millwright to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the facility.
Education: Industrial Mechanic/Millwright
Additional Education Preferred: Millwright, Mechanical Systems, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in a maintenance role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Required Training/Certifications: Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, combustion systems, and pneumatic, as well as a basic understanding of automation strategies.
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
