Northern Lights College is looking for a passionate individual to be an Instructor in the Millwright program. This role involves sharing industry expertise with students entering skilled trades and ensuring a supportive learning environment. Applicants should possess Interprovincial Red Seal Certification and have a strong desire to contribute to student success, with additional consideration for prior instructional experience.
Term of App't: Monday - Friday, 30 hours per week

Reporting to: Dean of Trades & Apprenticeships
Salary: | Starting salary ranges from $74,618.00 - $88,536.00 annually based on experience and qualifications, as per the BCGEU Faculty Collective Agreement, with annual increments up to a maximum of $114,001.00. Vacation entitlement is 240 hours per year (pro-rated from the hire date) to be utilized during the summer months (July and August). The College also provides paid time off during its annual holiday closure from December 25 to January 1. The position includes a comprehensive extended health and dental benefits package, and enrolment in the College Pension Plan is mandatory, with employer-matched contributions. |
