Job description

Agilus is recruiting for multiple Millwright/Industrial Mechanics in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry in Windsor, Ontario.

Our automotive manufacturing client is actively hiring 4 millwrights/industrial mechanics for their stamping facility in Windsor. The millwright is responsible for supporting production processes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a stamping environment, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

A typical day:
  1. Install, repair, and troubleshoot plant equipment including CNC machinery, robotic welders, and laser cutters.
  2. Perform predictive and operational maintenance, including vibration analysis.
  3. Align gears and shafts, fit bearings, and attach motors.
  4. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Requirements:
  • Experienced 433A Millwright, 4th-year apprentice, or experienced service technician.
  • Able to work rotating day, afternoon, and overnight shifts.
  • Provides own basic tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Strong commitment to on-site health and safety.
  • Local to Windsor or willing to relocate.
