LOCATION: Oliver, BC

COMPENSATION: $44.07 hourly CAD

Role Summary

This role is responsible for installing and maintaining company assets in good order to ensure business continuity and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform minor and major repair of production equipment and building as required
  • Repair and adjust equipment during operations to maintain line standards
  • Work as part of a team to repair equipment, such as and not limited to (assembly and disassembly of machinery)
  • Conduct changeovers and setups as required to meet production schedule
  • Preform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks as well as troubleshoot issues and suggest continuous improvement ideas
  • Execute duties in a consistent manner with plant safety, sanitation standards and quality assurance
  • Complete documentation and inspections as required

What You Bring

  • Industrial Mechanic / Millwright Trade Certification
  • High school diploma
  • Valid Red Seal Preferred
  • Bottling or plant manufacturing experience and asset
  • Willing and able to work shifts such as days, afternoons, midnights, overtime, weekends and holidays
  • Motivated to take initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and strong work ethic
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new computer programs
