Job summary
Epsilon Solutions Ltd. is seeking a skilled Millwright apprentice to support maintenance and reliability across our industrial equipment fleet in Hamilton, Ontario.
The role involves safe operation, diagnostic troubleshooting, and hands-on repairs in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will be actively registered with the College of Trades and have started toward the 443A apprenticeship, with 1–3 years of required hours.
Qualifications
- Completed 1-3 years of required hours toward Apprenticeship.
- Ideally completed classroom education towards Millwright Mechanic 443A.
- Active registration with the Ministry's College of Trades.
- Willing to work Day and Night shifts; 8–12 hour shifts.
- Experience with maintenance software for operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure HSE compliance and regulatory policies.
- Operate and maintain equipment and processes safely and efficiently.
- Identify hazards and perform lockout, emergency response as required.
- Inspect and repair mechanical equipment and industrial machinery.
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and costs.
- Troubleshoot downtime issues and optimize equipment performance.
- Maintain and review maintenance logs and safety reports.
