What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Perform repairs involving pumps, motors, valves, actuators, gears, hydraulics, and drives
  • Troubleshoot mechanical systems and recommend repairs or replacements
  • Interpret O&M manuals, schematics, and technical diagrams
  • Coordinate with external contractors and inspect their work
  • Respond to emergency failures and provide diagnostic support
  • Support the implementation and startup of special projects
  • Maintain documentation in a computerized maintenance management system (EAM)
  • Perform welding, pipe fitting, and rigging as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
  • Adhere to company policies and complete other duties as assigned
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • High School Diploma
  • Valid Certificate of Apprenticeship
  • Certificate of Qualification as an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) in good standing
  • 3–5 years of practical experience (preferred)
  • Bonus Points If You Have :

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance systems (EAM)
  • Strong understanding of safety practices (OH&S Act)
  • Ability to interpret manufacturers’ schematics and design drawings
  • Experience operating material handling equipment (cranes, lift trucks, hoists)
