This individual will play a critical role in maximizing equipment reliability and minimizing plant downtime through the execution and continuous improvement of the predictive maintenance program within their assigned area.
Preference will be given to a Red Seal Journeyperson Millwright with experience in a heavy industrial maintenance environment. Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of rotating equipment reliability principles, and experience with predictive maintenance technologies. Heavy Duty Mechanic certification or experience would be considered an asset, as would experience in the pulp and paper, forestry, mining, or manufacturing sectors. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
