Job summary

Bimbo Canada is seeking a Millwright for our Edmonton facilities. This full-time, permanent position offers a 3PM-11PM or 11PM-7AM shift with a base salary plus premiums. You will be responsible for maintenance of food production equipment in a clean, safe facility.

We value safety, GMP compliance, and continuous improvement. The role includes night and weekend premium opportunities, permanent employment, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold Journeyperson Millwright Ticket.
• Experience in food manufacturing and industrial setting is an asset.
• CMMS knowledge would be an asset.
• Adherence with safety requirements and policies, eg.
• Ensures lock out tag out policy adherence is enforced by self and others.
• Ensures all procedures are in accordance with Health & Safety legislation, GMP.

Hiring Requirements

• Must hold at least appropriate Journeyperson Millwright Ticket
• Experience in food manufacturing and industrial setting is an asset
• CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) knowledge would be an asset
• Adherence with safety requirements and policies, eg.
• Ensures lock out tag out policy adherence is enforced by self and others
• Ensures all procedures are in accordance with Health & Safety legislation, Company Joint Safety Committee programs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
