Job Title: Millwright Apprentice, 3-4th yearJob Description
We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our maintenance team at our Langley facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various equipment and machinery, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on various machines including welders, paint machines, CNC machines, grinders, and other small tools.
- Conduct minor repairs in the office such as fixing broken doors or desks.
- Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems (PLC).
- Fabricate and install components as needed.
- Use Limble maintenance software and an iPad to receive daily job assignments and tasks.
- Participate in the shop floor morning QDIP meeting, discussing topics such as safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks and respond to emergency and urgent repairs.
- Work independently and as part of a team.

- Forklift/OHC experience (nice to have)
- Electrical experience (nice to have)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Work Environment
You will work indoors as part of a close-knit maintenance team of five people, which includes both ticketed and un-ticketed electricians and millwrights. The team operates like a family, providing a supportive and collaborative environment.
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime required. You may need to travel once per year to other locations to conduct maintenance.
SHIFT: 6:15am-2:30pm (Mon-Fri)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $40.00/hr.
