Job summary

Saputo in Calgary, AB is seeking a Millwright to join our maintenance team on a rotating shift. You will perform reactive, preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing and packaging equipment, troubleshoot breakdowns and collaborate with other trades to minimize downtime.

The role requires a Journeyperson Millwright license and proven hands-on experience in a food processing or high-speed packaging environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a journeyperson Millwright ticket/license.
• Experience in food processing or high-speed packaging is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive, preventative and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime during breakdowns.
• Install and modify equipment while repairing parts as needed.
• Work in a food processing environment without compromising food safety.
• Follow safety policies and collaborate with other trades to complete projects.
