Job summary

Coletech Quality Woodworking Inc in Scarborough, Ontario is seeking a skilled team leader to supervise millwork shop operations. You will plan workflow, guide the assembly team, and review shop drawings with design and project management teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years in millwork, 3-5 years in supervision, and strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, Mozaik, Cabinet Vision).

We are looking for a resourceful, competent, skilled, creative and true team leader to supervise our millwork shop operations.

Plan and organize millwork job flow

Answer questions and guide the assembly team

Review the shop drawings and workload in cooperation with the design and programming team and project managers

Always look for solutions to problems

Lead the continuous improvement and team-building initiatives

Reliably commute and work from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday-Friday in our shop

Minimum of 10 years of experience working in a millwork shop and 3-5 years in a supervisory position

Ability to lead a team and organize the workflow

Ability to read architectural drawings and work in AutoCAD, Mozaik, Cabinet Vision, or other millwork software

Proficient in the use of a computer, Microsoft Office tools, AutoCAD, and Adobe Pro

Compensation

$80,000 - $100,000 yearly
