Job summary

Artemis Gold Inc. is seeking a Mill Projects Engineer to lead improvement and sustaining capital projects at the Blackwater Mine site.

You will guide projects from concept to handover, coordinating operations, metallurgy, maintenance, reliability, E&I, and external groups to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency. The role emphasizes managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk while delivering measurable safety and throughput gains for the mine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (mechanical, process, chemical, metallurgical, electrical, civil) with professional registration preferred.
• Minimum five years of mining, mineral processing, heavy industry, or project delivery experience.
• Experience delivering brownfield plant modifications from concept through construction, commissioning, and handover.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong field presence and ensure all work complies with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Develop project concepts, evaluate options, constructability, maintainability, and risk; prepare business cases and cost estimates.
• Coordinate multi-discipline requirements and serve as mill liaison for major capital and expansion projects.
