Reporting to the Manager – Tailings & Water the Geotechnical/Tailings Management Engineer will be responsible for supporting tailings management facility development for the Blackwater mine. The role will be responsible for developing and maintaining a site wide tailings management framework, evaluating and managing engineering designs of new facilities, coordination of investigative works required to support design, management of consultants and contractors involved in design and construction, planning and monitoring of construction activities, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards, and supporting permitting activities for existing and new tailings management facilities.
Location: Blackwater Mine Site
Schedule: Two (2) Weeks On – Two (2) Weeks Off Rotation
