Job description

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the primary duties of this job include but are not limited to fulfilling the duties of a Crusher Operator, De-watering Operator, Tailings rounds and other duties as required.

Qualifications

As per the Collective Agreement, the successful candidate must:

1. Be able to work shift work rotations to meet the company business requirements and demands.
2. Be physically fit and may be required to undergo a physical demands analysis to be successful in this role.
3. Be able to work outdoors in all seasons, handle heavy work and climb stairs, ladders, etc.
4. Complete or have recently completed CAAT and DAT testing in a satisfactory manner.
5. Possess a valid Ontario driver’s license.
