• Minimum 5 years' experience in a gold process plant operations.
• Thorough understanding of gold mill process plant operations.
• Ability to evaluate training requirements and need for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide training support to on site personnel.
• Identify training needs for Mill Operations and Maintenance employees.
• Maintain accurate records of training events and provide reports.
