Job summary

Hudbay Minerals is seeking Mill Maintenance Labourers for the Copper Mountain Mine in Princeton, BC. This temporary, 6-month contract offers a hands-on maintenance role supporting the site team with a variety of tasks.

Ideal candidates are safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. The position pays $33.19 per hour and includes on-the-job training and mentorship to develop skills in a major mining operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Safety-focused mindset and good communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to meet pre-employment testing requirements.
