Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of welding experience, familiarity with Lucid System, and strong attention to detail. The position requires teamwork and clear communication with QC and other departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years welding experience preferred.
• Welding techniques knowledge required.
• Basic computer skills; navigate Lucid System.
• Ability to read and follow orders drawn in Lucid System.
• Strong verbal and written communication; team player.
• Attention to detail to ensure high quality products.
• Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• MIG/TIG production line welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints or process specifications.
• Identify defective welds and apply repair procedures.
• Perform checks to ensure equipment operates correctly.
• Prepare materials for welding using magnet drill and grinders.
• Communicate with Quality Control, Shipper/Receiver and supervisors.
• Keep work area organized; store tools and materials properly.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area and wear PPE.
