A leading manufacturing firm in Canada is seeking a Midwest Regional Sales Manager to oversee independent representative partnerships and drive product specifications across the region. This established territory is opening due to retirement and offers a strong uncapped commission structure, comprehensive training, and excellent benefits. Ideal candidates have experience managing teams and knowledge of building envelope or interiors.
Who They Are: We are working with a 75-year-old privately held family-owned manufacturer that is the #1 in the US in their product space. They have retained us to find them a Midwest Regional Sales Manager to oversee their Independent Rep Partnerships as well as help drive specifications across the Midwest/Rockies region of the US. This is stepping into a very well-established territory that is coming open due to retirement. They have a very strong uncapped commission program on top of an excellent base, will provide extensive training on product & process, and strong benefits as well.
