Job description

Middle School Librarian

We are seeking a Librarian at Oxford Hills Middle School. This person will join a team of two other librarians and several library techs who work across the district. Oxford Hills Middle School serves approximately 500 students in grades 7-8 at campuses located about 2 miles apart. The successful candidate will be passionate about library instruction and partnering with colleagues, and will be skilled at managing all aspects of maintaining a school library.

Oxford Hills Middle School serves approximately 500 students in grades 7-8. OHMS has two campuses located about 2 miles apart, one in South Paris and one in Oxford. The successful candidate will be passionate about instruction, student achievement, and best practices.

Job Description

Candidates must hold a valid Maine teaching certificate or be able to obtain one with appropriate endorsements.

Reports to: Building Principal and Curriculum Director

Work Schedule: 180 Day Contract
