Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Must be eligible for a Tennessee teaching license with endorsements or enrolled in an EPP program leading to licensure in the first year.
• Ability to work full-time in a school environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a daily core curricular lesson.
• Frequently assess students and manage grading and data entry.
• Maintain an organized classroom reflecting school values and expectations.
• Collaborate with Leadership Team and support staff to address challenges.
• Implement IEP/ILP/504 modifications and accommodations.
• Support Advisory program and college preparation activities.
• Participate in coaching cycles and implement feedback on instruction.
• Lead a Focus group for remediation or extension in assigned areas.
• Communicate with parents through weekly progress notes and Rise Reports.
• Assist with Registration, Conferences, events, and school operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Principal or Leadership Team.
